これは、PERSON A と PERSON B が１９６４年５月１６日Lawa-an, Eastern Samarに於いて結婚したと主張している当該婚姻届が当登録局の書類綴中に存在するかに関し検証を行った結果、存在しない結果を証明するものである。

It is further certified that civil registry records of marrage for the year 1964
are NOT AVAILABLE in the Office of the Local Civil Registrar of Lawa-an, Eastern Samar as per report on the status of civil registry report filed in this office dated September 30, 1988.
さらにこれはLawa-an, Eastern Samar地方民事登録局事務所に於いて１９６４年の市民の婚姻届は入手できないこと、状況報告によると当該登録局に於いては市民の当該届の書類綴開始が１９８８年９月３０日からであることを証明するものである。
